@zns, I enjoy reading this thread and seeing your dedication to finding the special!

I've been thinking, if there is anyone on this forum who has connections with the Henson archives, maybe they can find a way to bring in a raw copy for all of us to see. Just a thought.

And thanks Blue Frackle. I'm always looking for some rare Henson programs. I'm also trying to find the Mike Douglas appearances from 1966 as well as the Boston Pops special from 1971 with the Sesame Street cast.

It's been amazing to finally see high quality screen shots suddenly appear from this special recently on Muppet Wiki, read a description and review at Tough Pigs and even hear an audio clip of one of the songs on YouTube! Now if the special itself might pop up somewhere to be viewed!
