It seems like Oscar had an insulting nickname for everyone on SS. Here's what I remember so far.

BOB.....Bright Eyes or Tonsils
MARIA......Skinny
LUIS........Mr. Badwrench or Fix-it Face, which later became Mail-it Face.
GORDON.....Curly
WILLY THE HOT DOG MAN......Santa Claus
DAVID.......Sideburns
OLIVIA.......Brades
GINA......Miss. Teenage Sesame Street(When she was a teen.)
BIG BIRD.....Turkey
SNUFFY.......Shaggy Face
ELMO..........Little Red Menace
TELLY.........Worry Face
BABY BEAR....Porridge Puss

He also called Snuffy Mr. Yuckulupagus in one sketch. Then there was an ep where Grungetta called Telly 'worry-furry.' I don't get the Gordon/curly reference though. Wouldn't Gordon be 'baldy?' Or did Oscar call him that in the early eps when Matt Robinson played Gordon? I'm confused there.

Yeah, Grungetta also had her nicknames too. She called Oscar, Sourpuss and Gordon, Mustachio.

And the reason Oscar calls Gordon, Curly. Because Curly was the name of the bald stooge on the 3 Stooges.

Yeah. I was thinking that. When I think about it, I do remember Oscar calling Roscoe Orman's Gordon curly a few times. Anyway, thanks for the info.

On the record, Curly wasn't "Bald" he just had peach fuzz. Curly Joe was Bald. (Sorry. As a Stooge Fan, I feel I must correct that)

This season, I recall Oscar calling Snuffy "Ya big Brown sofa" (or something to that extent).
