Oscar's favorite hiding place.

Does anyone remember this episode from the late 70's?

Oscar and Herry were having some arguement. Oscar says that he can hide somewhere and Herry would never be able to find him. So Herry covered his eyes and counted to 10. Then he found Oscar gone and a note with some clues on them. Herry read the first clue.

"Oscar's favorite hiding place has a seat." Herry saw Maria sitting on a small footstool reading a book. Withouth thinking, Herry yanked the seat away from Maria causing her to fall down. Herry didn't find Oscar under there, but he found Maria angry.

Then Herry read the second clue. "Oscar's favorite hiding place has wheels!" He saw Bob ride by on his bike and Herry tackled him. Bob was very angry at Herry.

Then it showed Willy's hot dog cart, with no one tending it. Inside was Oscar hiding in the hot dog bin saying that Herry will never find him in here and then laughed.

I don't think it ever showed Herry finding Oscar.

Wow, you came up with a skit I haven't thought about in DECADES!!!
The best I can recall the skit ending, Oscar finally got tired of having Herry look for him, and poked his head out so Herry can find him. Oscar was right behind Herry, but he wouldn't turn around to see him. I think Oscar was even trying to get Herry's attention but Herry still couldn't get the hint. Then, with logic that ONLY makes sense to him, Herry decides Oscar's hiding on a streetcar, and goes off to find him... in CINCINNATTI!!! (???!!!) So off he goes, leaving Oscar and the viewers to ponder over how STUPID Herry can be sometimes. (Why Cincinnatti and not San Francisco is still beyond me) :grouchy:

Hey, thanks for telling me how that skit ended. So I guess poor Herry never does find Oscar after all.
