Has Oscar and Cookie ever done a solo skit together? Like the Count and Cookie?

And does Bert only get tormented by either Count, Ernie, Elmo, BDM, and Cookie Monster?
Has he ever even spoke to Oscar besides that one time when Ernie made that yucky icecream?

I am trying to think of times that Bert and Oscar shared an exchange. I know they have been in scenes together, but actual dialogue between them is something different. I know they have interacted on some SS albums, like in the recording of Ernie singing "Imagination" and he has everyone close their eyes and say what they see:
Ernie: What can you see with your eyes closed?
Oscar: You can't see anything with your eyes closed!
Bert: Oh, Oscar, sure you can.

Oh, there was also the scene in Elmopalooza when they are trying to come up with ways to free Jon Stewart and Prairie who are locked in the dressing room. Oscar says that Slimey can break down the door and asks if anyone has any pepper. Bert says that he has some in his pocket. (Bert: Oh, like none of you carry your own seasonings.) Bert hands the pepper shaker to Oscar who shakes it near Slimey and the worm sneezes the door down. It was brief but it was there.

I can't really think of any others right now. It didn't seem like Bert and Oscar interacted directly all that much. That's too bad because it would be amusing.

Bert and Oscar have interacted. There is a sketch from the second Season where Ernie eats Berts Ice Cream and he takes Ice Cubes, Gravy, and a mashed Banana to try to disguise it as Chocolate Ice Cream. Bert is disgusted with what Ernie has done, and disapointed that he ate his Ice Cream. Just then Oscar comes in with 2 Ice Cream cones saying Mr. Hooper had a 2 for one special going on and he couldn't Eat both Ice Cream cones, and wondered if one of the guys wanted one. Ernie felt relieved, like Oscar had saved the day. Then Oscar noticed the Ice Cubes, Mashed Bannana and Gravy. He got all excited saying that was his favorite Dessert. Ernie asked Oscar if he'd like to trade his remaining Ice Cream cone for that mess. Oscar shouts "Would I??" and hands Ernie the Ice Cream cone and munches down on the yucky desert.
