Original version of Big Bird's alphabet song.

I finally heard the original version of Big Bird's ABC-DEF-GHI song. That was neat. The 80s version I remembered showed Big Bird and some kids cleaning out his nest and he found that alphabet banner. Big Bird said that he originally thought that was one word, then they did a flashback of him singing the song.

The one on MCR (I'm too lazy to type out Muppet Central Radio.) had Big Bird ask Susan and Gordon (Matt Robinson) what that word meant, and then he sang the song. It was interesting to hear that. Especially since Big Bird's voice sounded a little different in that sketch. I guess I hadn't realized before that there were two different versions of Big Bird singing that song. I just wanted to comment on that.

I also remember a reference to that song when Big Bird was on "Soul Man."
