Old monster skit

a kid was in this small room explaing full and empty saying the room will be completing empty as soon and i get out of here, he leaves then grover along with other monsters come in can't remember who else was with him i think Harry Frazzle were in the one but can't recall the rest. well then the kid comes back and says BOO! and they all scream and run out. so the boys repeats what he said the 1st time and finally the room is empty.

I remember that skit, I also remember Grover calling for his friend, Charlie, to come in. And in came a green monster with a green hairy torso, pink nose, and fangs. I've always wondered if this was the famous unseen Charlie from the restaurant.
