I never thought it would stick- everyone just spent soo much money on switching all their VHS's to DVD- I cant see every one buying everything all over gain for some small change in quality, its too soon

We;; it will happen, But dvds have ben around for a while and there just becoming the norm. But in five years the'll slowly start to take off.

DO you mean like the dvd players out now? It so then no, You have to buy an HD DVD player, which arn't cheap at all, but the players are backwards compatable with DVDs becaus it's so new and people have to get use to it and there are more titles on DVD right now anyway. Your wouldn't want just a few titles with this new technology when there are thousands on the current old format.

Well, it will have all a lot more titles in the future, not to mention a price drop in the future. But all systems go through this when they first come out.

Mm, good point Ilikemuppets, i am in highschool. But I am very old fashioned, I don't like many 'modern' things, y'know? I'm a 70's child, even though i wasn't even around then... hm... Ok i'm confusing myself, i'm a 70's child at heart!!
