A lot of the early speculation is that Seth Meyers is the likely choice for the Late Night slot, but I think that Anderson Cooper would be a good selection. The show could maybe move to a slightly different format, less comedy-oriented and more interview focused. He could have one or two guests an hour and have the opportunity to have some in-depth conversations. It would set the show apart from the rest of late night.
