No, a test segement was done with low level performers around Oscar time. It was posted on the web and had a pretty low production vakue. Apprenbtly the feedback was good so they decided to make it a real regular spot for them using Steve, Dave, and Bill this time. Also the production value is much higher. For example, they are in an actual balcony this time. This is the first segement since the test and it should now be a regular thing. I love it! It makes perfect sense really.
