I may have missed the answer to this, but what is it and why is it there? Just curious. Mine didn't have any. I was quite pleased with my playset (though the helmet won't stay on Beaker's head, but I may replace the wires as you suggested).

BTW, this being my second post, I haven't said this yet, but I ABOSOLUTELY LOVE THIS LINE!!!! I can't wait for series 2! I have not been disappointed at all....well, maybe with Dr. Teeth's keyboard. Being a musician, the wrong keys bug me, but that's a minor detail (were they like that in the show?). So far Dr. Teeth is my favorite, but the Electric Mayhem playset may just edge him out. Just thought you needed some positive feedback in this thread, Ken.

Sean

Edit: I just found a thread that Ken mentioned the way the keys are wrong on the keyboard and said it was something that went unnoticed by accident. Cool. At least you know  Hopefully Rowlf's piano will be correct?? (fingers crossed....)

returns

I was wondering how we go about returning things? I really don't want to return my Playset but I would like a replacement experiment table. My wires didn't just come off, the plastic pieces that hold them on were broken off right out of the package. I don't know if there is some kind of exchange plan or not but I would be interested in that.
Anyway just wondering. Other than this one complaint I really do love this line and plan on buying everything.

My problem with the figures and upcoming playsets and stuff is my stoopid pocket book not being full enough. I guess it's second job time for funny money to buy my figures with, huh?

I don't think I've really had any complaints about any of my figures so far. Just the hair-up Piggy, but I think that lesson's been learned, huh?

As far as gorilla goo...Diane Fozzey, a famed bear who was a gorilla researcher, stepped in plenty of it. It isn't toxic, just wash it off at the nearest stream.

Hey Sideroad,

If the place you bought it doesn't have any to exchange then use the link http://www.palisadestoys.com/HTML/contactForm.asp and a Palisades Customer Rep will try to help you !

I have so far been quite good with these toys. The nose did not fall off my Dr. Teeth, The glasses didn't fall of Bunsen, and my Steel Rabbit is all in one piece. I had the wire problem too, but it looks like it can be fixed. Luckily it pooped out on a socket, so glue will hold quite nicely. Hot glue guns always do the trick for me. The wire fell off, cause I was trying to put Beaker in there, and decided he'd look much nicer if he were just standing next to Bunsen. SO I decided to put a Shaggy (of Scooby Doo) figure in it. The wire broke, cause I tried to fit Steel Rabit in it. It completely broke off when it fell on the floor. &*^&*^^ I have such BAAAAD luck with toys and Gravity.

I feel the table would have been much better, had the wires and gizmos been on the back side of the table. I had no room for it anyway, so I guess that was a moot point. I put the table safely on a shelf in my closet.

The Gorilla Goo, as you call it seems to be some sort of Glazing that did not dry before they packaged it up. I wiped some off (thinking it was water) and revealed that the floor color was two shades lighter. Luckily I did this on a condenced area, so it is unnoticable.

Despite these little flaws, I do indeed enjoy my Muppet Labs playset! I moved a bunch of stuff I really liked to display it. And all in all, I bought it just for Beaker, and was pleasantly surprised. So far It's one of the coolest toys ever!
