I used to have an AC unit hanging out of my window and they would be in my room 24/7.

I hereby establish the "I Hate Stink Bugs" club!

Not to mention that awful buzzing sound they make when they fly.

At least they seldom fly, and really don't put up much of a fight when trying to catch them.

I don’t kill them, but just keep the windows closed and let them stay there.

Back when I had a window air conditioner (I now have a room one that you just stick the exhaust tube against the window), we had to rig it into the window with styrofoam and duct tape cause my window was too big. When we took it out of our window, the duct tape had a nest of stink bugs in it

Yikes! There was also one in my parents bedroom a few years ago as well.
