As far as I know, these are the lists of Muppet Show Non-Kermit Introductions:

Fozzie: Introducing Peter Sellers at the closing number, and introducing Beverly Sills at a Country/Opera number
Hilda: Introducing the House of Horror Sketch
Scooter: Introducing Elton John at the "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road" number, introducing the "Lady Wrestling" act, introducing Lola the Fan Dancer, and introducing the auditions at the auditioning.
Sam the Eagle: Introducing Wayne & Wanda numbers, and a sketch with Peter Ustinov and Fozzie Bear
The Swedish Chef: Introducing Linda Ronstadt at her first number
Statler & Waldorf: Replacing Kermit the Frog, due for Kermit & Fozzie at the balcony
Miss Piggy: Introducing the "Flying Trapeze" number
Kermit the Pig: Replacing Kermit, due for pigs taking over the show
Ruth Buzzi: Introducing the "You Can't Rollerskate at a Buffalo Herd" number
Robin The Frog: Introducing Kenny Rogers at the "Gambler" number, and introducing Rudolf Nurejev at the "Baby, It's Cold Outside" number

Fozzie also introduced two numbers in the Don Knotts episode.

As Fozzie introduces Beverly Sills, he calls her "Bev Sills, a Country Singer".

At the goodnights, Fozzie Bear introduced Candice Bergen.

By the way, what other non-Kermit introductions of female guest stars?

ALmost right; he started to do the goodnight, but when it came to saying "Ruth Buzzi" he broke down and instead said "Buth Ruzzi".

In addition, Fozzie introduced Roy Clark at the goodnight to save being hit by Kermit after mentioning there was a fire in the theatre; did he also introduce Roy's final number?

Gonzo introduced Marisa Berenson's first number.

Fozzie introduced Sandy Duncan's first number, and tried to do the opening intro in the Phyllis Diller episode.

Phyllis George was the only true guest 'host', and as such introduced a number of the acts in that episode.

Chris Langham introduced the opening number in his episode.
