I got...to spend time with my family and thankfully we had a great time. I also got to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ and tried to appreciate the meaning of equality and peace on Earth.

As for presents, hehe:

Sesame Street Old School DVD Volume 2 (yay!)
The Princess Bride DVD
Lots and lots of sweaters, which I needed!
Pajamas, which I also needed!
Makeup, gloves, a watch
A few items I ordered for myself from Amazon (a Fraggle book, the movie book of Muppets Take Manhattan, and a few VHS of Adventures in Wonderland!)

I got 'The Simpsons DVD' on this Christmas Day.

But most of the joy was watching my little boy open his presents.
He got a bunch of matchbox cars, Thomas trains, and a Cabbage Patch Kid. Very happy was he!

Ah, but the Muppets on the radio was such a lovely way to start the day!

I received TMS Season 2. I wasn't really surprised since I'd dropped a gentle little hint

And among other things some new socks, a packet of shortbread biscuits, a travellers wallet, $35 to spend and the first 8 issues of The James Bond Car Collection magazines series with the Collector Car Figures. (Mum has 2 more put away for my next birthday and we're buying the rest.

They're so cool.

Merry Christmas everyone! Just got home from a long day of celebrations with both sides of the family!

I received some nice new clothes, the new Carrie Underwood c.d., a gift certificate for an hour long massage (SO excited to use that one!), a calendar with pictures of waterfalls (they couldn't find the Muppets one), coffee beans from my favorite coffee shop and some gift cards. I didn't really get anything Muppety for Christmas but that's ok, I am going to go to the after Christmas sales!

Oh, my hubby got me Guitar Hero III for our Wii. It's really a gift for both of us, but I'm definitely enjoying it!

WOOHOO! Great gifts everyone! Glad everyone got just what they wanted.
I think I'm the only one who doesn't have a cell phone though Not that I'm complaining,mind you. But something tells me cordless phones won't be around much longer.Maybe I'll buy one soon.

Well my wonderful Bf is a framer and he found an old coppy of the Muppets 30th anniversary news paper article and framed it! I was of course almost in tears! isn't it awesome!
