Hm...weird...they're not working for Mo either...I'll have to get that fixed soon here, maybe if I try to convert them to some different formats that might help? (as someone said that they were saving a weird format.

Well, downloading the pictures could be because he's not doing it right. You need to drag the picture into the toolbar. Clicking it starts a slideshow, preventing you from downloading the image as an image

You can, however, right click the image to save it, if I'm not mistaken?

Never mind, I just tested it in firefox...

I was just clicking the wrong area of the picture that brought up the slideshow arrows, which was preventing me from downloading it >_>

This was tested in firefox and both methods did result in a png image

Edit, tested in chrome and internet explorer and all browsers worked and allowed me to download png images. So it must be something with their computers...
