Hello,

With the dreadful reviews coming out for "Gulliver's Travels", let's hope Jason had more to do with the writing of the script for "The Muppets" than Nicholas did. Thankfully the original material (The Muppets themselves) present a much better product than what Gulliver has provided. On a sidenote, you really have not heard Nicholas' name mentioned in any interviews with Jason so, maybe he did not have a lot to do with the project.

To be honest, an update of an old piece drained of it's satire for no specific audience will suck no matter WHO's writing it. I don't think we have all that much to worry about with them as the Muppet script writers. They couldn't possibly be any worse than ex-Simpsons people.

I agree. That Gulliver's Travels set itself up for disaster by even naming itself Gulliver's Travels -- rather than "Slapstick Comedy About Tiny Culture with a Giant Jack Black!"

Sad thing is, Walden Media would do a WORSE job!

Make it look like it was a syndicated TV movie from the 90's, they would.
