Can anyone point me toward a good tutorial for draping fleece on a foam head?

One of the best ones I've seen was from the Dr Puppet tutorials. You can either purchase the complete data DVD set for $55 plus tax and shipping or just the "covering the head fleece" on the previous page for $5 which I believe is a download.

I have not checked these other videos yet but, if you go to StiqPuppets Youtube channel and type in "head" in their search field, you will see a few videos on covering the head with antron fleece. Good luck!

Before I started making puppets I was a costumer. I drape patterns for costumes and clothes all the time. Draping is a great way to make puppets. that is how i made all of the patterns for my puppets.

I've looked at most of his videos and they've been extremely helpful. I was missing one thing that he didn't show in the draping of his frank head, but as I looked deeper into it today he has another video for the body that covers the cutting and stitching the felt. Exactly what I needed!
