Hey, you guys should really come to Minot (in North Dakota) for the Hostefest in October! It's a real festival, and one of the biggest Scandinavian ones in the world.

Perhaps you have heard about it? The King of Norway has been to see us a few times...

I personally like watching the Vikings' decendents make chainmail and weapons. Only place I know that a real camp can be set up and weapons made then sold to the public like that.

I didn't buy any chainmail the last time I went, but I sure kick myself for not doing it now...it was so delicate and light, considering that it was a full body-vest. Guess they weren't using the "real steel" for it, eh? Uff-duh! (By the way, that's a favorite ND saying...)

Serious, if you get a chance, head out to Minot and see the Hostefest. I believe we even have a web site for it.

As for Weird Al, how come no one mentioned he was on the Simpsons last week? Sang a great song, the band was even cartoonized, and he ended the show! It was GREAT! Hope they put those songs on the album...
