Now before ya automatically gag ath the idea of more overtly cutesy SS merch, I can attest that some of this stuff is pretty cool. Especially the OScar merch, which has this very camoflauge meets 70's art style that's pretty swank. So yeah, Sanrio put in a whole Sesame aisle.

While we're on this topic, there's one thing I want to let you know: Sanrio(Japan)now has the rights to Sesame Street merchandising(over there that is). I was looking at a few websites and found pictures of some of their stuff. Especially the ones in the 35th anniversary art style, which I truly like. All I am asking is if, and I am not so sure if I looked carefully, Sanrio has any of their Sesame products on their website. I tried going on there and no luck(hard to figure out where to click)so if anyone could find the link to SS products on the Sanrio site that would be great. Thanks.
