Do Floyd's eyelids work? I've often thought about building him and a Scooter, but haven't gotten around to either.

Yep, his eyelids are simulated with his half round tinted shades. His generic expression is with them resting over his eyes, as if they were actual eyelids, giving him that groovy expression. Then they lift up, widening his eyes and making him look shocked or more alert.
