Hello,

So like many of you I love the muppets and Henson productions and I'm trying to start building my own puppets for friends and family and maybe later for projects.

I would appreciate any feedback you might have or places to look for materials. Right now I'm using fleece and whatever I can find and I have not yet come across the "muppet fur", I suspect that is something I have to order.

My new site is:http://crofaciuscreations.wordpress.com/
You will notice a page for "puppets" and one for "creatures", there are pictures on both.

Let me know,
thanks
Keith

It looks like a good start. I like the checkered fur on the green dude.

A couple pieces of advice I have are to experiment with new things like eye shapes and materials (like something other than the rubber band for the eye lashes), and think of a character you would like to have before just diving into building, then you can think ahead and plan your puppet out with what he/she will be like in the end.

Also, if you would glue your pupils on so they look a teeny tiny bit cross eyed, then they will look like they are looking ahead and not creepily off into space.

Keep going!
