Hi all,

Just wanted to share that I'm hearing good things about a new puppet theatre opening near Washington D.C. - The Puppet Co. in Glen Echo, MD. If you're from the area you might be familiar with the Puppet Co's existing location. If so you'll want to check out their new place (built from the ground up to be a puppet theatre) which is in the final phases of construction and reportedly looks great!

The first production opening there will be a new adaptation of "The Jungle Book." Following that will be the Puppet Co.'s "Cinderella". For more info visit their web site at www.thepuppetco.org or call (301) 320-6668 for reservations.

I'm in Canada and not actually performing a lot of live shows right now. I've been doing more directing and training than actual performing for the past year or so. I'm putting together three live shows at the moment for various groups.

I am doing one show that is touring locally here in the Greater Toronto Area, but only to schools. I'm about 90% certain that I'll be doing a new "experimental improv puppet show" for adults at some of the fringe festivals this year and I'm allegedly taking the show to Japan, Isreal and the northeast US too. I should have the details for the tour worked out in a few weeks at which point I'll post everything here.

Thanks for asking!
