Hmm...I don't know. A woman puppeteer definitely, probably not one of the normal puppeteer crew. Jane Henson was listed as a puppeteer, but I don't think it was her...

I think the question came up about track 2 of this CD being Mah Na Mah Na with "Lullaby of Birdland" and we didn't know what the heck that was. Here's what I found, but no correlation with the Mahna song:

http://www.bluesforpeace.com/lyrics/lullaby-birdland.htm

Oh Lullaby of Birdland, whisper low
Always here, when you sigh,
Never in my woodland could there be words to reveal
In a phrase how I feel.

Have you ever heard two turtle doves
Bill and coo when they love?
That's the kind of magic music we get from our lips
When we kiss

And there's a weepy old willow
He really knows how to cry
That's how I'd cry in my pillow
If you should tell me farewell and goodbye

Lullaby of birdland whisper low
Kiss me sweet, then we'll go
Flying high in birdland, high in the sky up above
All because we're in love

Have you ever heard two turtle doves
Bill and coo when they love?
That's the kind of magic music we get from our lips
When we kiss

And there's a weepy old willow
He really knows how to cry
That's how I'd cry in my pillow
If you should tell me farewell and goodbye

Lullaby of birdland, whisper low
Kiss me sweet, then we'll go
Flying high in birdland, high in the sky up above
And it's all because we're in love

Lullaby of Birdland is very briefly the bridge of Mahna Mahna. At the beginning, like on the Muppet Show cassette both songs were credited. Since then though, in most cases (until this CD) just Mahna Mahna was listed.
