Isn't this like when they did All Grown Up with Rugrats?

Old news... this was announced a while ago. Surprised it actually happened, but not by much.

Honestly, I could care less.. I never liked Dora or her educational model. Gimme Sesame Street any day.

Hmm...looks like it.

I just hope this doesn't affect her personality too much. She was so precious before, but now, she just looks too girly. It looks as if she'd rather go shopping at the mall over go on those adventures.

Also, not quite the same, but I just heard about a video game called "Epic Mickey." I think it's cool that they plan to use characters like Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, but I'm not so thrilled by the thought of an edgier Mickey.

When did Dora turn in to Hanana Montana?
You answered your own question there, buddyboy!

It depends... if they plan to go full on Loonatics Unleashed on the Mickster, I'd say something... but he was on the epic Kingdom Hearts game series... making him a more serious character. I could easily see them do the same thing. I wonder if Paperinik is gonna be in that game... Paperinik, of course, being a European comic book character... Donald Duck's superhero alternate identity.

Even in Fantasia, Mickey Mouse was the sorcerer's apprentice.
But I don't want Mickey getting too too edgy...

As for Dora, I don't care so much. At least her head is a more normal size now.

I started a thread about Dora being older months ago!
