Not that I don`t miss Scooter, Rowlf, and all the others who have so little screentime lately, but if you keep using old puppets/characters, the new puppeteers and puppet makers won`t have the space to make new ones.

I am not certain what I find more important:
seeing more of the old chars, or giving the new ones screentime.

What do you people think?

I think what they're doing now is just fine. They don't withold characters from us out of spite, they do it becasue they only have certain muppeteers on hand at given times, and they play the characters they're familiar with first. Granted this provides for a scanty group:

Steve Whitmire - Kermit, Rizzo and Beaker.
Dave Goelz - Gonzo, Bunsen, Zoot, and Waldorf.
Eric Jacobson - Piggy and Fozzie.
Kevin Clash - Clifford and Sam.
Jerry Nelson - Robin, Floyd and Statler.
Brian Henson - Sal, Dr. Van Neuter, and recently Scooter and Janice.
John Kennedy - Dr. Teeth and Animal.
Bill Baretta - Sweedish Chef, Pepe, Lew Zealand, Johnny Fiamma, and Bobo.

Really, I think all thongs considered, this is a good core group to have, heck, even all th Electric Mayhem is here. so I wouldn't want them to go adding or subtracting characters.

And we don't want to forget good ol' Rowlf- Bill Barretta

Although they don't use him much, he's here to stay.

You'll have to admit that Bill's characters are wonderful additions. With Bill's humour, the Muppets have much more quality.

Although Pepe is getting REALLY old now in my opinion.

I must admit. i prefer the older characters. a ot of the newer ones were not as good as the old.
I do likew Bobo and Sal. Clifford is ok but most of the rest of the new characters were just not as good. I think i spent half of muppets tonight looking for the old ones

ok, but if you stick to the old ones, nobody can ever make new ones? That is not a good thing is it?

Ok, the new ones weren`t that good, but we should give them a second chance, do we?

Ya, a balance needs to be made but, think about all the muppets we have now? I mean if you add more what happens to the older ones?
