Few little details I wasn't aware of..

Sorry to hear Caroll injured his rotator cuff, I know what that's like, my mom tore hers several years ago, and she was in a bad state for months afterward.

Interesting to hear Caroll doesn't like LCD monitors, but then again, I don't like widescreen TVs, computers, monitors, etc, so what can we do? I'm surprised at how old his Big Bird monitor is and still working well... I'd figure after all these years, there'd be a lot of problems with the picture.

Let's hope he'll be able to fulfill his goal to play Big Bird (and Oscar) for fifty years!

I know this is an old thread, but this is probably one of the best interviews I've seen Caroll give. The best part is that even though he doesn't want to quit, he still has Matt Vogal to be his understudy/successor. Big Bird will always be on Sesame Street no matter what (no offense Elmo). :wisdom::wisdom::wisdom:
