Hey there sissy. Sorry to hear you're going through a rough time right now. I wish I could think of more to say, but just know that I'm thinking of you and I'm here for you even we don't get to talk as much anymore. Remember the words of the person who is the reason we're all on this forum anyway "Life's like a movie, write your own ending, keep believing...." Don't give up. I hope things turn around for you soon.

I know that these 2 songs probably aren't related to your problem, but they reflect what a lot of us are. We have times when the Devil gets the best of us, and a lot of us(probably more than there should be) are somewhere between raising **** and amazing grace. But when I'm feeling down, I put on some Jon Nicholson and just chill out, OR I put on some Big and Rich when I'm in a bad mood. Just look for that place inside yourself that makes you happy. I know there is one somewhere, it maybe hard to find, but it's there. You can pull through, and I think that you don't NEED the bible shoved down your throat like some people like to do, as long as you have a love for the man upstairs, and a love for everybody else, then everything else'll fall into place. But, if you need some Nicholson or some B&R, I'll be glad to send ya some, just let me know. Or buy the CDs(cheap plug) a lil Sump'm Sump'm and the B&R CDs.

Ouch...wow, Sara, you're really having a hard time of it these days. I'm sure your parents love you no matter what...but I agree, Mom needs to go a little easy on the fire and brimstone. It's your social life and spiritual life, after all.

Perk up; it's all going to be okay eventually.

I agree, heralde; after all, life is the biggest gift that God gives us, so we should make the most of it while we're here on Earth. And balance is extremely important in living a satisfying life.
And besides, our deacon's always telling bad jokes during his homilies and our priest routinely lets his dog run around inside the sanctuary just before Mass, so that's an indicator that church isn't supposed to be serious all the time.

Dear sister Sara.

I am very sorry about you losing your job and also about your accident but I sincerely thank God that you were not seriously hurt.

I will say a prayer that things will work out well when your fiancee arrives somehow. I sympathize that your mother pushes Christianity upon you so much and I believe Jesus Himself would too. He did give His life on Calvary's cross for you and rose again so you may be raised up with Him as well.
However I don't believe Jesus would agree with anybody getting the message about Him rammed down their throat. God never forces Himself upon anyone and His followers should mirror His attitude in the way they set example to others. Your mother means well for you Sara because she loves you. It's a pity she has overdone it.

But I know God loves you and your fiancee as much as everybody else and I pray He will turn things out well for you both somehow in the present situation.

Have some big hugs from Brother Marty Sara:flirt:

Hi Sarah,

I'm extremely sorry about the problems you've been having; more than you know. You see, I've had a long history of meeting good people who've had bad things happen to them, and I tend to take their problems to heart to a point where it becomes slightly unhealthy for me. But this isn't about me, is it?
 Sorry!

If I could, I'd send you the money you need and then some! But to be honest I don't have that type of money, nor do I think you would accept it if I did.
That's terrible that you lost your job! Do you mind telling us why? Of course you don't have to, but I mean, no one in their right mind can judge a person's job preformance in less than 4 days!I'm sorry that you're having a bit of a spiritual crisis right now, but I think it's fair to say that most anyone who truly understands their religion and the importance of it has had one at one point or another.
Perhaps if you like we could talk more about your spiritual thaughts and beliefs over the PM? I might be able to offer you a little help with some things, and don't worry! I won't be forcefeeding you any more religious reterick!
I know things will pick up for you sooner or later, and I hope you will find, and already there hav
e been a few here, people who will support you completely.

I don't pretend to know how you feel at the moment so I won't try to. Here is a wishing-there-was-somthing-I-could-do-to-help HUG followed up by a hope-that-first-hug-helped-a-little HUG. Days only come one at a time, Living one day at a time is difficult, it's hard not to get worried and think ahead and stuff. But sometimes it's possible to take it a day at a time.
