Need Info on "Out To Lunch"

I have heard about a special called "Out To Lunch" where the SS cast goes to have lunch off the street and TEC cast comes to take over. Is this an SS episode? Is it at the MTR? Are there any good things in it?

There's a script of some of the moments from the show as well. I'm also going to email the person on that Elliot Gould website and see if there is a way to get a copy. I'll also try to contact Sesame Workshop and the Henson Company. Wish me luck.

Oh and before I forget. Someone had posted clips of the special on youtube.com in 2006, but they were quickly taken down (or so I hear). Does anyone know who that person was or how to track him/her down?
