Need info on Animal Puppet

After years of trying to get this from my Dad he finally gave it to me, I want to buy it a nice case for display but I was wondering if someone could give me some information about it. I have attached a link to the pictures.

i believe this is the fisher price animal puppet made back in 1978 hope that helped
