As this is my debut on muppet central forum, I thought I'd better get started and get some questions answered that's been racking my brain for years.

What is the news flash sketch about where it ends with Kermit buried in the snow and sneezing while he's signing off. They show a 5 second clip of it on "The Best of Kermit on Sesame Street", but I can't for the life of me remember what the news story was about. Can someone help a troubled mind? Thanks.

Kermit had recieved a phone call from someone who had claimed to see a person standing in the snow for the longest time in history. So he stood in the snow for hours, questioning passersby about whether they had seen this person. Finally when he's all covered in snow and whimpering,Harvey Kneesplapper comes along, giggling foolishly the way he always did.But much to Kermit's relief,Harvey knows who this person who had stood in the snow for so long is.Kermit is relieved until he recieves Harvey's answer. The person who had stood in the snow for the longest time was Kermit.Harvey then walks away having a good laugh at the practical joke he had just pulled on poor Kermit. :zany:

Thank you so much!! Now I remember it!! You're a life saver!! It was so funny to see Kermit covered in snow saying, "Folks this is K-K-Kermit the Frog, returning you to y-y-y-aaachooo!!!" and his face falls in the snow. Classic!! I just joined forum this evening and already my questions have been answered. Thank you Pug Lover!!

There was another one that I just thought of but I get confused with all of them. I now Kermit interviewed the three little pigs a couple of times. Did he not interview 5 piggies (this little piggie went to market...)? And didn't the big, shaggy, blue wolf show up and try to blow their house down too? I have a very vague memory of that one. Could someone confirm that I'm not going crazy. Was this really was a news flash sketch? If so, could you give me a little more detail on what happened?
