It walks you through the process of designing and patterning a puppet and takes you to the point where you can cut and assemble foam pieces. It's actually been a few years since I watched it, but from what I recall Dave's method involves sculpting the puppet's head, then draping that sculpture to pattern your puppet. It's a very good video for anyone who has trouble trying to figure out how to make patterns.
