Er, not sure. My Ernie figure is the rare fully finished Palisades Toys version, which scales great with the NECA figures. The top of Ernie's head/hair reaches as high as Bert's ears, with Count just slightly taller than Ernie. Bert's hair and eyebrows are removable and I liked the detail of Count's eyebrows and goatee. Unfortunately the rubber band for Count's left wrist from his cape broke while switching hands, but the cape still hangs perfectly thanks to the right wrist band and the collar's peg so it's acceptable to me.
