I admit, I had to wonder what RPG series you meant towards the end, despite bring a Final Fantasy fan. But I guess it had something to do with me of never having heard of The Fifth Element.

I know only three things about Critters:
1. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gremlins#Legacy (though they say Critters began development before Gremlins)
2. Siskel and Evert gave it "both thumbs up!"!
