Hi all puppet makers and fans,
Great to see all these amazing creations on the puppet forums. I am a puppet maker myself and have always loved the jim hensons creative team since i was young. Is there anyone in the U.K that are keen puppet makers or puppet film makers as i would love to meet up with other people with a similar passion to create a film or just chat. Please repond i your interested.

Hmmm...

I watched the Puppeteer video on You Tube. The concept is strong, the acting was fine, the puppet was cool, but the execution needed a little help.

It was often so dark I couldn't see what was happening. And out of 6 minutes and 5 seconds, the director spent literally three of them showing us a man walking out of his apartment, across the street and into a park.

Honestly, I like the idea the film is trying to get at. Like I said, its a strong concept for a short film. But that concept is being obscured unnecessarily by not having control over the medium.

My honest 2 cents.
