Hi everyone! Woot! First post on Muppet Central 
! I've been lurking for a little while, but now I've decided to join up and post.
Today I started on a replica of one of my Favorite Muppet Show Characters, Mahna Mahna. I don't have much experience when it comes to puppet making, and my budget is shoe-string to say the least, but I figured he's a simple enough puppet that I can manage it. Right now all I've got is his head. It's not done, but if you know the character you know it's supposed to be him.

I'm gonna be updating that page with more pictures as I continue, so keep watching! After I'm done with Mahna Mahna I'd like to recreate the Snowths. My biggest concern with them is finding the right materials.
Oh, that picture isn't entirely honest. It gives everything an orange glow, so some of his colors look more accurate and some look less. I'll just say now the feathers are more red than the picture lets on, the fleece is more purple and his nose is more of a light pink
I've made a little test Video and put it on Youtube. Hope you like it!
