Before the Palisades figures were released, I was already a huge Muppet fan. I got my friend Elliott into the Muppets when I brought over my first 10 volumes of Time Life's Best of the Muppet Show collection. He's big into Julie Andrews and Fred Astaire so we watched that disc. He'd never really watched anything with the Muppets (besides the Dark Crystal & the Labyrinth when he was younger) so I brought over my Muppet movies. Now he's just almost as big of a fan as I am.
Anyway, when the figures came out, he couldn't afford them so he only got the Electric Mayhem (minus Lips cuz we don't consider him an original member). This is his set up he has with Elvis and John Lennon. I can almost hear Lennon saying "When is my turn? I want to sing with the Muppets!"

Elvis isn't fit to sing with the Mayhem. . .

Lennon, maybe.

If Elvis lived longer, he'd be in a Muppet Show episode with the Electric Mayhem probably singing "Suspicious Minds". They did get Liberace so why not Elvis?
