Murray on Sprout

Okay, I was watching Sprout today, and there was this little bit with Cookie Monster and Murray Monster fighting over a book before they decided to share it... but it DEFINITELY wasn't Joey Mazzarino doing Murray, because it sounded nothing like him; in fact, in this bit, Murray sounded almost like Cookie Monster, but it obviously wasn't.

Any idea who played Murray in this bit?

Could this mean that Muarray is creating sort of a fanbase here? He's starting to show up a lot more often.
