It is good that they're getting TV exposure. I just hope they show the older films at some point as well. It would be quite ironic if the classic Muppets' work was now rejected because it's too adult, heh.

I didn't watch it from the start (it started when my shift ended at work, and I had some Frasiers from this morning that I had to watch lol) but I started watching right when the Flying Monkeys started putting Kermit and Gonzo back together.

I honestly don't know what everyone's problem with this movie is... it's actually quite funny. And it has Scooter! And the performer does a really good job with him!

Although I DO think they should've had Bobo as the Wizard's assisstant as a nod to Muppets From Space (that's the role that made Bobo one of my favorite characters lol)

I did have problems with the film, but Scooter was perfect! I still can't believe how dead on it was.

It's re-running now for anyone who missed it.

EDIT: And by the extra scenes, it's the extended DVD version!

I think this should be a sticky, unless there's another thread about this movie. Anyways, there are a lot of funny bits in the movie. Wasn't Bunsen wearing different glasses when he put ashanti through the dressing machine he invented (no pun intended, and no I'm not talking about salad dressing either!) It was pretty cool to see sam, and the other 4 muppets (Gonzo, Kermit, Pepe, and Fozzie) wearing those green glasses! Pretty funny bit there, for sure!

Oh wow! I saw it on, but if I had known it was the extended version I would have watched!
