Muppets Tonight

I have some questions about this show. In one video at youtube from Rosie O`Donell show with Miss Piggy, Rosie says she will be a guest in the series, but this never happened, Someone knows why?

And does someone knows about the Muppets Tonight production dates?.
Why was Frank absent in the second season? I think that Fozzie`s sketch in the cameo episode and Sams sketch from Daryl Hannah`s wères inserts unaired from the first season.

I notice a decreasing presence of Jerry Nelson`s characters during the second season, and I think that in many episodes some of his characters are performed by someone else and dubbed later, like statler in the Andie Mcdowell episode and Jhony`s Ma in the Daryl Hannah episode. Does anyone knows why?
