Yes, we all know the TMS theme song off by heart [and if you don't...shame on you!!!!!!!! *Tutter frowns as he realises he doesn't!!*] Anyway, what is the theme song to MT like? Was too young to remember it, the only thing i remember is Animal attacking Sandy Bullock!

Clifford sings it, and the Muppets Tonight band plays the music which is in a very bluesy/cajun style.

In my version, Clifford sings most of it, but a lot is sung by suportign cast. Sounds like Rizzo is in there somewhere.

For instence:

Clifford - Muppets tonight!
Cast (over Clifford) - You're gonna see something better
Clifford - Tonight's the night!
Cast - You're gonna live with the memories

No, you've got it right. I just checked and I forgot the whatnot Muppets sang backup through most of it. I also checked the opening of one of my MT episodes for Rizzo, he appears in the opening but doesn't sing in it.

the MANAH MANAH song????

my girlfriend keeps telling me about this manah manah song. she loves muppets more than me i think anyway does anyone know this song? please please someone tell me something its from the muppet show she says

Mahna, Mahna, Doo, doo, do, do, dooo.

It's a song sung by, amazingly enough, Mahna Mahna, a hippy male puppet with a deep voice (done by Jim Henson rather like Rowlf the dog and Dr Teeth's voices mixed together) and scarey eyes the blink without any eye-balls in the sockets. He sings the, "Mahna, Mahna," parts and the "mar, na, ma, mer, mahnu mah muu," parts. (Kind'a hard to write down, by the way) And then two pink creatres who looks basically like um, like, er, like well, like...pink tubes, I guess. Standing upright with arms that don't have armrods, and they have large eyes too, and eyelashes, and pink horns. They sing, "Doo, doo, do, do, dooo" in responce to his, "Mahna, mahna."

It goes roughly:

Mahna, mahna (doo, doo, do, do, doo) x 2
Mahna, mahna (do, do, do. Do, do, do. Do, do, do, do, do, dooo, dooo, do, doo)

Then Mahna, Mahna does a little scat thing. "Mah, neu, muh, menmahnema muh, etc"

Then it repeats itself three or four times.
