Have you checked against the MC guide? The Kermitage guide's listing does not match the MC one and IIRC the MC one is accurate.

In fact, since the list of edits is growing longer, would you be able to post a list of episode running times, please?

I have a feeling these might all be music rights cuts. Which I was sort of worried about when it was first announced. This kinda sucks, though I can see why Disney did not announce "Hey, Muppet fans, buy our edited box of shows!". Still...

Wow this sucks! :frown:

I'm still looking foward to getting the set but I'm glad I kept all my old Time Life DVDs! My only question is didn't Disney say in the press release that these were uncut episodes?

This is getting ridiculous! :grouchy: I'm glad I have not ordered my copy. Maybe we should wait for the UK/European release and hope those will be uncut.

WHAT????????

PLEASE tell me this is just a bad dream!!! This can´t be right. Why did Disney screw us like that???
I´m glad I didn´t ordered my set yet. Now I will wait and see what happens.
They really have to make new copies of the cutted episodes on the set.

BTW, on the old VHS release "Monster Laughs w/Vincent Price", they also cut the song "You´ve Got A Friend". Maybe they have used the same master???

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO DISNEY!!!!!!! :boo: :boo: :boo:

Well...I won't be getting these TMS Season 1 DVD because of these cut versions of these episodes:

Pitch Reel- Kermit saying "What the **** was that?"
Joel Grey- Wayne & Wanda, Muppet News
Jim Nabors- Gone With The Wind, Danceros
Paul Williams- All of Me
Charles Aznavour- The Old-Fashioned Way
Vincent Price- You Got a Friend
