It's a rendition of a German saying: Doppeln Gemoppelt. This means done twice in a unnecessary way.

I don't know if this has been brought up before but one thing that's bugged the **** out of me is why aren't the Muppet Performers credited in the posters (and DVD/Blu ray releases) for The Muppets and Muppets Most Wanted?! 
Every other Muppet movie in their posters and DVD/VHS releases until TM has had the Muppet Performers' names listed in the credits.
It really annoys me because to me, they're really the stars and in many ways, the most important part of these movies and other productions. True, pretty much everyone, except us, seeing these movies will really know who they are and who performs which character, but that is no reason to not give them the credit they deserve.
