I think I've found possibly the oddest Muppet merchandise that I ever saw. In my local B&Q (big garden centre in UK!) there was a selection of 4 different Muppet terracotta plant pots. The biggest one was Kermit, about a foot high, then Piggy, Animal and Fozzie (a tiny little pot).

Now I *loathe* gardening at the best of times, having to be dragged around garden centres by an enthusiatic partner. Of course Muppet pots can tempt me into the garden and I confess to getting the whole set  Still need to decide what to grow in them though...

Oooh! Im gonna go this afternoon and check them out!

Are they molded into the shape of the Muppets? Or just painted on?

They are molded on with the current Muppets logo on the back. They're not painted or glazed. If you get all four, it should come to just under £20.
