Louisey (an orange haired Muppet character on Sesame Street - early 1990's, who sang a duet with Herry Monster, 'I Can Sing Anything When I Sing With You' - and they sang it so well it sounded like the song had been written to the talents of one of the Muppets finest singing double acts)
