I believe those puppets may have been up on the Puppet Heap site for awhile. I think they're from Paul Andrejco's work with the Muppet workshop. As I understand it, Paul and most of his associates are former Muppet builders so if they're doing the Muppets now then it's many of the same people building the puppets under a different company.
