Muppets And 30 Rock

Is it me or is there some sort of re-occurring theme going on between the Muppets and 30 Rock?

First I saw a great spoof of 30 Rock on Sesame Street:

But then I started noticing a number of scenes here or there
on 30 rock where some of the show's characters will briefly appear in Muppet form. In face just recently there was another quick scene like that(I've noticed this about 3 different times)

I love how many references The Office makes to Muppets/Sesame, just would LOVE to see a Sesame spoof of the Office.

It makes sense, both shows are NY-based, it makes sense that there would be a ton of connections between the two. I'm personally hoping the Sesame Muppets show up on 30 Rock in the future. Since it seems the Muppets exist as real celebrities in the continuity of the show, it could have some potential.
