You can set your settings not to receive PM or email.So if they didnt want to be bombarded, it wouldnt be a problem.

As I understand it if any member has requested not to receive e-mail it will tell you so as soon as you click onto the e-mail link. If you get to go through the whole procedure of composing and sending a message then it means that it has been sent to them. Your e-mail could have been mislaid and forgotten in the hubbub of everyday routine by Prell.
