Muppeteer duos

I've always noticed, there's always at least two certain muppeteers who will have a lot of performances together, and no matter what the characters are! Here are some examples I've seen:

* Jim Henson and Frank Oz (in the olden days)
* David Rudman and Joey Mazzarino (they even have egos: Davey and Joey Monkey)
* Carroll Spinney and Martin Robinson (not just Big Bird and Snuffy)

Anyone else have anymore examples?

This was done a while back with Muppet Duos. Seems that if you notice, all characters work in pairs--and I've even felt that the 5 main members of the EM band operate speaking parts either as solo or duo, you don't hear them all saying something at around the same time all the time. It's either just Floyd talking, or Floyd and Animal or Floyd and Janice.

Jerry and Richard were a great team, with Floyd and Janice. Another good singing team was Jerry and Louise, with the jugband Jerry and Lousie characters (especially Henrietta's Wedding UK Skit)

Nelson and Hunt (Floyd and Janice, Pa and Junior Gorg, the two-headed monster)
Goelz and Whitmire (Gonzo and Rizzo, Boober and Wembley)
Prell and Mullen (Red and Mokey, Wingnut and Cotterpin)
Clash and Brill (Elmo and Zoe, probably other examples)
Baretta and Henson (Johnny and Sal, Pepe and Seymour)

They are not quit puppeteers, but do most of the voices in Sesamstraat
They are Bert and Ernie, Kermit and Grover, Bif and Scully and so on.
Namely Wim T. Schipper and Paul Heanen. My Dutch Muppet heroes!

Richard and Jim were also a great duo. I mean, don't we all love to hate Statler and Waldorf?

Marty and Carroll

With regard to Marty Robinson and Carroll Spinney, let us not forget Telly and Oscar as the antagonistic friends out on the Street.

Yes Jerry Nelson and Louise Gold make a wonderful singing duo. - For a start Jerry Nelson is one of the few people who can sing a duet with Louise Gold and not get overshadowed! In fact he can even overshadow Louise!
Beisdes their Jugband characters, Cowboy Jerry and Lou-The-Jugband-Lady. They've also been paired up, mostly singing, on Sesame Street, most notably as Herry Monster and Louisey (singing a song 'I Can Sing Anything When I Sing With You' - which was just perfectly suited to their joint talents), as Herry Monster and a girl who needs help they sang 'A Song For Two Will Make Us One', as two Whatnots they did 'Something Always Comes Between Us'. They've also done non-singing parts together: Al of Al's Alphabet Garage and a Lady J owner whose J wouldn't jump, and then they did Frazzle and Frazzle's Mom in that dentist sketch. They were also paired up in The Secret Life Of Toys, - most notably the time Bratty Rat and Raisin sang a duet. And then again non-singing in MTI as two Tourist-Rats.
