*Waking up early... Hey Ernie, made some oatmeal if you want any.
Mmm, last night's sleep sure was well... OK. That hammock was comfy.
Oh hello...

*To Mildred and Boober: You must be some of Ernie's other friends? Well, if you want, there's fresh hot oatmeal here, enough for everyone I think.
There aren't too many of you here, are there? Might have to put in a call to Hooper's Store and see if they deliver.

I'd love some oatmeal Bert! I actually miss your oatmeal! Yep, that's Mildred and Boober. Boober is a Fraggle. They're not as small as the Twiddlebugs, but they're still pretty neat! And Elmo's here and the monkey over there is Sal Manilla. Grover was here but he already went home and so did Sam the Eagle. So, I think we'll have enough oatmeal. I wonder if Hooper's Store would send more stuff all the way out here though? Anyway, what's new over on Sesame Street Bert?

Well, you could deliver from Hooper's, or you can take the much quicker, and safer/less germier approach, and have some of the souffle, I'm about to make.

Oh... Pleased to meet you Ms. Mildred and Boober. Soufflé you say? Would you happen to have the recipe for an artichoke soufflé? Heard it was a big hit back at the Muppet All-Stars competition.

*Serving bowls of oatmeal. Well, I heard that Oscar might be taking a new job as a Grouch Apprentice, but I didn't have time to talk to him about it before flying out here. Baby Bear started school at the Storybook Community School, and he's made a lot of friends there. Telly's gotten himself a job as rock-sitter for Rocco for Zoe.
And everyone's rooting for you to win this Survivor thing, whatever it is. *Finishes bowl after conversation.
Think I'll do some reading.

*Grabs journal of Muppet Survivor and tries leafing through the pages.

You've been using that old trick of yours to catch those fish? Hmmm, wondered why...

*To himself: Wondered why Ernie didn't bother me with any of his silly disguises or games while I've been here rading.

OK, that's enough reading for now. Think I'll go down to the shore and see if there are any bottlecaps for my collection.

*Elmo runs down with Bert*

Elmo thinks Bert should swim with Elmo. Pleeeeeeeeaaaassssseeee!!

*Elmo accidentlly knocks Bert in the water without knowing it*

Yay! Swimming. Elmo thought I would be the first one in.

*Elmo does a cannon ball splashing Bert as he was standing up trying to get out, knocking Bert under water again*

Aaaww-gaurgle-gaurg! Er-gurgle-nie!
Someone help!

Bert! Oh no! I'll save you Bert!

*splashes out into the water and grabs Bert by the hair and drags him to shore*

Is that better Bert? *stands over Bert dripping water all over him*

*Standing up in wet soggy clothes. *Sigh: Thanks Ernie.
*Sigh: I'll be back at the fort drying off. It's a good thing I brought some extra clothes.

*Walks off with his usual downtrodden air, unknowing a bottlecap's stuck to his shoes.
