Muppet stage

I was just redoing my muppet set up (real quick; I have Beaker strapped to the table with Bunsen hovering above wielding a butcher knife. Hee hee.) AND as I was placing the play sets about I was thinking how cool the theater would be to have, but it would probably be expensive do to size if it were a proper size. Then I had the thought that maybe Palisades could sell the stage in pieces that fit together! Like possible parts being the backstage which connects to the first section of the stage which could have half the curtain and a bunch of extra props where as the second half of the stage could have the other curtain half and the balcony seats for Statler :boo: and Waldorf
Curious about other thoughts on how the stage could be done! Please share.

The thought's been considered. They thought about doing it that way, but I believe the idea was scrapped. I heard over in the "Ask Ken" thread that if they're going to do the stage, they're just gonna go all out and do it.

A muppet stage would be excellent, I dont think they would be able to make it big enough to fit all the figures and playsets in. I think it might be better to make a big set with a statler and waldolf balcony that could stick to the wall or something and the set could include all kinds of muppet theatre accessories to make your own display. or just 2 pieces one on each end that make a shelf or something look like a theate, thats an idea anyway!

Paul
