I haven't seen some of the episodes I asked about, so I'll try to help out the best I can.

"Sunshine On Your Shoulder" is the closing number of the Cheryl Ladd episode.

"Make 'Em Laugh" is the closing number of the Shields & Yarnell episode.

In the Spike Milligan episode, the 'people from 108 countries' appear at various times throughout the Spike Milligan episode. I presume that they're wearing international costumes. The ones I know of already though are Lenny the Lizard as a Native American Indian and Droop as a Mexican.
